Andrews as the new Americas CEO. In this pivotal role, Jim will lead mea’s Go-To-
Market strategy across North America, driving growth and customer success in the

Jim brings extensive leadership experience in insurance technology, revenue growth,
and customer strategy. Most recently, he served as President at Precedent, where he
oversaw all customer-facing functions, including marketing, sales, business
development, and partnerships. Prior to that, he spent over six years at Carpe Data,
holding key leadership roles such as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Customer Officer,
and SVP of Sales. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in scaling revenue,
developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer experience.
Jim’s deep expertise in insurtech, predictive analytics, and digital transformation
makes him a strong fit for mea Platform as it continues to expand in America. His
leadership will help shape the company’s strategy in an evolving market, ensuring that
