Grayson has over 30 years of experience in the Insurance industry, including a mixture of Underwriting, Claims & Operations management.

He spent the second half of his career in project delivery and led the global project management function within AXA XL.

Grayson is responsible for client delivery within mea and is a key culture driver for the organisation.
